We service and maintain Saeco and Gaggia household and office coffee machines at our service facility in Boca Raton.
Thanks to our highly professional service technician and our well stocked spare parts department, our regular turnover is normally less than 10 days. 
All machines can be dropped off at our store or can be shipped to us.
We also offer pickup service in the area from Miami to West Palm Beach.
The shipment of commercial coffee machines to and from smart deco has to be organized by order and on account of the owner.
All warranty repairs are done by Saeco.
If you want us to do the warranty repair at our service center you are responsible for all charges.
Shipping instructions
Empty water, coffee beans and coffee grounds out of the machine. Make sure to ship all parts belonging to the machine.

We recommend to use FedEx or UPS as the shipping agent, they will also professionally pack your machine at your request.

If you pack the machine yourself, please wrap it with bubble-wrap and choose a strong carton box big enough to hold the machine and sufficient cushion material surrounding it.

Policy
Repair Warranty
All products repaired by smart deco, inc. shall be warranted on parts and labor for 90 days from date of repair. This warranty will only be valid for the specific repair carried out. Please contact smart deco, inc. for a return authorization.
Estimates, pickup period, storage fee and deadlines
We guarantee a free estimate on all repairs. If the repair is not approved, no work will be performed and the machine will be discarded at no charge. If the customer wants to pick up the machine, a re-assembly charge in the amount of $30 will occur. Repaired machines or machines not approved for repair have to be picked up or shipped within a week, daily storage fee after this is $2 a day. 30 days after repair or non-approval the machines will be sold or discarded.
